She drove with tears falling on her cheeks . She saw Champa seated on steps , means she had been waiting for Manu. She braked car and pressed horn. She told men to bring Manu in..

She ordered maids to cut pudina and onion into very small pieces . She walked back to room and returned in about 20 minutes after taking bath and changing into a very simple saari.. She guided maids to make ‘pudina pakoda ‘ and ‘halwaa’ . in about 45 minutes both things were ready.. She told maid to call every one for breakfast.. all came and sat on make shift dining place made for guest. While two maids served hot pakoda and ‘halwa’ with help of first maid ,she again prepared similar tea but double the quantity than before . Every one appreciated taste of ‘pudina pakoda ‘ and even ‘halwa’ family member also returned and they also sat for breakfast . badi bahu came to kitchen but chhoti told her that today she will take care of kitchen.. badi bahu joked but chhoti did not smile .
