After some additional discussion, Ted told Marsh that he spoke with Joanna and asked her to delay her switch because he needed police officers he could trust. Ted told Marsh, right now everyone that was in the office with the former chief was a suspect in the crimes the chief perpetrated. If you three interfere with MY investigation, I will call the governor and have the National Guard detain you long enough for you to have grandchildren, who you won't see.
